| Happy New Year. I have been away but have a recollection that whilst enjoying beer, discussing Yorkshire as a possibility this weekend. Ian is unavailable, Mike is unlikely to be available. Is anyone wanting to go or do you want to leave it for another weekend? BBC weather suggests light rain or snow showers with an outside day temperature of 2'C. | |

| Whats the latest? I'm happy enough to leave it for another week coz i'm due to be going ice climbing on sunday so two days on the run might be too much for my feeble body (not to mention getting stick from the mrs!)
I'll go with the flow. | |

| Weather meant to be okay at weekend but supposed to be snowing today, so Sunday probably better day. Jingling pot is G3 and could provide rigging practice with the lateral cleft 35 +45 with a 20 at the bottom, but might be a bit short . Another short vertical one is Hardrawkin 40+37 near Chapel le Dale, though it is wetter. Or if everbody wants to carry rope we could look at Bull Pt or Marble Steps again. I would need to get tackle from Mike some time on Saturday if he is around. If you would rather postpone for larger numbers my next free weekend is 22/23 Jan and there is always digging locally! | |

| Postponing it for a while would suit me too because I have promised to do a job for crazy on Sunday and I have got a few problems to deal with tomorrow including a burst pipe which I have only temporarily repaired. | |
