| Howsabout an easy trip to Yorkshire, possibly two holes same day? Thinking about Sunday 17th October - Bernies at 9am. Suggestions are:
Calf holes 2 pitches, the second one may be avoided with a handline down climb. Possible through trip or could be reversed.
Heron pot 2 pitches, if dry enough used to be a through trip, but we will assume not until proven otherwise. (Entrance is up a hill).
These are a reasonable drive apart, but this would offer a break. It's Yorkshire so assume wetness. SRT would be the intention, though these were all originally ladder pitches. Options depend on interest and suitable ratios. Cheers, Guy | |

| Me & Woman are in ... you won't get a ladder down Heron Pot and it's easier to SRT down into Calf hole .... Nice little SRT practice day Ian | |

| More seriously, bring some warm clothes and if possible an alternative inner cave furry suit/ clothes as I cannot guarantee we will stay dry after the first cave and its a bit of a drive to the second cave. | |
