| Here is this week`s frolics:
Trip: Hendre Spar Mine
Trip Type: SRT practice/mooch
Meet point: Royal Oak car park
Meet time: 18.30
Notes: SRT practice night as requested and general mooch for non SRT cavers but remember there is the meeting at the Glan after so please be prompt.
Please can someone ask the pub landlord for permission to park???? | |

| Tim i wont be there this Thursday as im working away in Dudley but i really need yourself johno or Ian to go to the very bottom thru the wormhole down to the main incline and see the water level and take pictures it should be very very low .. lowest for a few years and may show some hidden features not seen for a very long time and certainly not photographed since closure its a rare opportunity and shouldn't be missed so if poss i would appreciate it kindly

| if you fancy dropping into the water from there ill bring my drill and bolt it then you can just ab into it , if it's that low you might get a good shot when you get level with the water . just remember to put your wet suit on (unlees you name is DOUGE then you can put a GOOOOON suit on ) | |

I'm well up for it - i'll bring my dSLR and also my scuba diving housing. Wet Suit at the ready :-) Anyone fancy getting there earlier? 5.00? | |

| Im not sure Mike, Lots got a bad Foot she hurt over a week ago on the Dog's Blanket(?), Aaron & Nic are still trying to work out Bus/Train times back from Yale. so I have no idea. It may be best to give the short time we all have on Thursday for the ones doing the trip on the 19th. |

| Marty - for info - water level was low - but not low enough to see any further. got a couple of shots of Johno splashing about but nothing 'new' in terms of new area. | |
