BCA Annual General Meeting

I have had notification and details of this years BCA AGM which will be held at;

10:30am 11th June 2011

The Baptist Church Hall in Alvechurch


The following posts are up for election for a 3 year service;

Treasurer
Equipment & Techniques Officer
Publications & Information Officer

Also, 2 club and 2 individual member representives are up for election to serve for 2 years


Nominations must include;

The post for which the candidate is to stand
The candidates name, address, phone number, signature and membership number
The proposer's name, membership number and signature
A brief election statement of no more than 300 words

Nominations must be received by the 26th March 2011 (ask me for the address if you want it)

If you intend to attend the meeting to vote, you should be aware that the club is required to nominate a representive and that representive must take with him/her a signed letter of authority from the club as well as their own membership card.
