TRIP #1 - Pearl Shaft (SRT)

TRIP #2 - Pearl Shaft (Non-SRT) - Exploration



Trip #1
The first trip is to bolt the connecting natural rift between Pearl Shaft and Thorntree Shaft and to undertake a trip through.

Full SRT gear is required for this.

Trip #2
This is a Non-SRT trip to explore the other half of Pearl Shaft that is, as yet, unexplored. No SRT equipment is required.


Please note : A fixed ladder is now in situ at the bottom half of the shaft and there is now only one single electron in place for the uppermost 25 feet.

Please also note that Christmas Cave is on the Agenda for the following week or thereafter.

Meet time at Pearl Shaft is 6:45pm

I'll be there for the SRT mission, and if all goes to plan i'll have with me a couple of Acros to make safe that dodgy boulder. Whats even better is i'll be coming to the pub this week too!

i wouldn't mind another trip down pearl, to look around more not looking forward to the ladders but no pain no gain

I'm up for trip one, as it involves going to the pub afterwards.

Is Ian still allergic to Alcohol?

ahh good - it'll save me from getting arrested obtaining the ones i had my eyes on then :-)
