Weekly Plans Thurs 1st April 2010

Trip #1 ~ OHA

This weeks trip will be to Ogof Hesp Alyn to explore either north or south.

Meet time is 7pm at the car park by the bridge at lower Cilcain as usual.

You will get wet and muddy so make sure you have clean dry clothes (well, more importantly, make sure you don't go into the cave with clean dry clothes because you won't come out in them!)

there is only one member of the noobies coming on thursday night so if you fancy putting another trip on as well if you want to do somethi9ng different as i know you f********n hate OHA

Are there two different routes to be taken in OHA like Poacher's Cave, as I did this one last month? Otherwise count me in.

There ARE two different routes in OHA but no plans have yet been made to decide which ... (ask the leader? )

I don't like OHA very much but I wouldn't be out anyway .... however, if you would like another trip I can circulate it !

Hi all.
Mike, its Ian & Charlotte, Wez Aaron and Nicole.

Wife n kids went with you last week to Poachers, now you know who it is.
Thought we'd register and let you all know that myself and Wez ( two of them in the same club, bizarre) will be along on Thursday OHA outing.
We got helmets or at least if they arrive on time. Looking at cheap overalls, what would you recomend, nylon or cotton drill, both not waterproof.
Why dosnt Ian like this cave? is there something about it? or will we just have to make our own minds up.

the other ian does'nt like oha because he's a bl00dy big tart . you do tend to get sh1tted up in this one though, as for overalls ive got a few you can have (save you buying them ) . then you can save up and buy a proper caving suit . see you there , you will get wet

its scary then?

Not scary, just wet and muddy, very wet and very muddy, nice though.

just spoke to mick srt at north henblas no problem mick will be there about 7 ish , ill get a srt kit of budgie for you in the mean time

I came to Poachers last week. (I was the young boy with blonde hair) and was just wondering if I would be able to come to Ogof Hesp Alyn on thursday.
I also have my registration form to give in. If I am able to come I would need to borrow a helmet and lamp if thats ok.
