| After trolling all the public stuff and following the videos (very funny) i have finally joined up. You can now fill my pockets with sand and push off the edge. A few people on here will already know me and know i love my underground photography. Since big bash 09 i have come on a long way with my srt stuff but my beer ability is still pretty poor. I dont have a beard but i could grow one for a special occasion like one of the deep shafts winch trips. Cheers Pacef8 | |

| Hi Pace, Welcome to our forum I know you are active on the mine-explorer website so it's great to see you on here too! We meet in the Britannia Inn on Thursday evenings (after caving (or mine-exploring if you are MartyMarty )) and it would be great to meet you if you live anywhere near. Of course, you are very welcome to come out with us and you might even be tempted to join us (we are a very easy going bunch and pretty much the only things we ask are that you take out insurance (£16 per year with the BCA if you do it through us) and, of course, be sensible underground (your reputation precedes you and I already know you are ) Our trips have (until the last couple of weeks) been published on this forum and we hope to get that resolved over the weekend so next week's trip should be up nice and early (hopefully) and you are welcome to join us if it is appealing to you. If there is anything you want/need to know, please don't hesitate to ask and I hope to see you soon Ian PS. Beards are optional and all but one of use have opted not to bother | |

| Lol @ Flog You only need a hat/lamp etc. (the usual). Poachers is nothing like as bad as Cabin although there is an active streamway halfway in so expect to get wet (the water level should be low). Only one ladder in and it's only about 12 feet Ian | |
