Yorkshire Trip Details Sunday 21st June 2009

Marble Steps
This trip is an SRT trip to Marble Steps in Yorkshire.

Meet time is either 7:30am at the Glan yr Afon pub (by Mikes house) if you wish to travel in convoy or, alternatively, you can meet in Bernies Cafe at 9:00am in Ingleton.

The trip will be a long SRT trip with muliple pitches and deviations and you will remain wet throughout the trip. It would be wise to take a back pack of food and a flask of a hot drink (as well as other essentials such as spare batteries, a copy of The Beano etc.)

Doug generally brings a supersized pork pie and is often good enough to offer it around

I am going up and around Snowdon on Saturday. Sunday depends on;

1) My knee
2) How fecked I am from Saturday

you have done snowdon a zillion times you d1ck come to yorkshire for some real FUN

"Fun" ... pleasant, enjoyable, and light-hearted activity or amusement

I can find no corrolation between "Fun" and "Marble Steps"

If, however, after having "Fun" mooching around the mines on Snowdon I remain;

1) physically intact
2) have retained and/or regained sufficient stamina
3) am able to get out of bed on Sunday morning at stupid o'clock

AND

I am in the mood for mindnumbing, hardcore underground adverturing on the other side of the country (and am further tempted by a slice of Doug's inevitable pork pie) I might turn up.
