Take the Dyserth to Trelawnyd road (A5151) and (heading towards Trelawnyd from Dyserth), take the left turn to Gwaenysgor (just before Gop farm). Follow this road for 1/3rd mile until you see a public footpath on both the left and the right crossing the road.
Take the right hand footpath and the cave entrance is small and in a depression in the field around 50 feet from the road edge by the footpath.

DescriptionThere are two entrances but only the entrance in the field as described above has been explored by the postee. This entrance is small and guarded by nettles in summer (joy).
Once inside there is a long slope downwards (perhaps 50-60 feet) which takes you to a walkable passage way. This passage soon tapers and becomes impassable.
It is worth noting that there is another entrance (Harrison’s entrance) that is close by but which was also the recipient of large amounts of raw sewage in times gone by. There is another part of this cave here but that remains unexplored by the postee.
